   5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING: Following the submission of your order, a page will be presented indicating that the order was received. You will also receive an email confirming receipt of the order shortly after it is submitted. If you do not get an order confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your order, please contact Dorofey. Dorofey orders are processed and sent on business days (excluding major holidays). All orders are subject to approval. Only orders that have been authorized will be processed and sent. If an order was not shipped, was shipped incorrectly or was missing a product, the Buyer should contact Dorofey for assistance.

   
   

   6. MISSING ITEMS: If you received wrong goods in your order, please contact Dorofey Customer Service within 30 days after receiving the order. Dorofey will send out the correct products as soon as possible and maintains the right to pick up any products that were sent in error and return them to the company.
